This week's question is: "Can hypnosis help boost my self esteem?" The answer is ?YES.? Hypnosis for self esteem allows you to live in the spirit of your good qualities, improve your self confidence, give you the inner strength to come through difficult times, help you feel better about yourself, improve your social and working relationships.
Self-esteem is related to what you think and believe about yourself and how you value yourself. Building self-esteem is a first step towards your happiness and a more fulfilling life. Healthy self-esteem increases your confidence. If you have confidence you will respect yourself. If you respect yourself you can respect others, improve your relationships, respect your achievements and increase your quality of life.
Healthy self-esteem is based on our ability to assess ourselves accurately (know ourselves) and still be able to accept and to value ourselves unconditionally. This means being able to realistically acknowledge our strengths and limitations (which is part of being human) and at the same time accepting ourselves as worthy and worthwhile without conditions or reservations.
Did you know that people with higher self-esteem are more inclined to focus on their strong points rather than their flaws and have a general sense of happiness. They tend to choose more compatible mates, friends and careers.
People with low self-esteem are inclined to have perceptions of guilt and helplessness and are more likely to over eat, abuse drugs and alcohol. Depression and suicide are also associated with low self-esteem. As teenagers or children, those with low self-esteem are more likely to become bullies.
Hypnosis for self esteem helps teenagers, adults and senior citizens improve their lives, live in a relaxed manner and bring out the best in themselves.
